How long does it take to get my license?
Each license is sent by email immediately after payment. Sending is automatic.
However, for products marked “available on order”, the license key is sent within a maximum of 24 hours. (see: How to check stock, below)
What is the lifetime warranty?
Our lifetime warranty ensures that you will have a perfectly valid and official license key after your purchase, with no time limit.
How do I know what’s in stock?
On a product page, if nothing specific appears apart from the “Add to cart” button, then the product is in stock and the license is delivered instantly after payment.
If it says “Available on backorder“, then you can order the key, but it will be delivered within 24 hours.
If it says “Out of stock“, you won’t be able to order the product. We have no lead time for restocking.
Can I get help installing my license?
Yes, you can contact us for free assistance after your purchase to activate your license.
Do you provide an invoice?
An invoice is sent automatically with each order email. You can also retrieve your invoices by logging into your account.
How do I know if my license is compatible with my computer?
On each product page, you’ll find a description of which computer and operating system your software is compatible with.
How do I find the PDF procedure?
You can find your installation and activation procedure by logging into your account.
Are licenses valid on tablets?
No, licenses are not valid for tablets and mobiles. Our licenses are only compatible with PCs or MACs when specified.
Can I cancel my purchase?
Unless there is a compelling reason, you have no right of withdrawal for your purchase, as it is a digital product.
Is your website secure?
Our site is fully secured with the latest standards. We use HTTPS protocol and 128-bit TLS encryption for payments. We also do not store any banking data.
